Koa resort offers beautiful tropical landscaping, the largest condo pool in Kihei, a hot tub, floor shuffleboard, 2 private tennis courts, and a cabana with 3 BBQ grills, Ping-Pong table, and dining tables. Our condo is ready for fun or relaxing, stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, tennis rackets, sand toys, body boards, and lawn and board games.

This property offers convenience with free on-site and street parking, and a shared pool/jacuzzi. Long stays are welcome. The location features nearby beach access, an independent entrance, laundry facilities, and free access to nearby resort amenities. Entertainment includes Wi-Fi, HD TV with streaming services, cable, a ping pong table, and even books!
Families with young children can request baby safety gates, high chairs, and children's plates/cutlery. It also includes security cameras, a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit so your only job is to enjoy your stay!

My family and I stayed at the condo while we were in town for a family wedding. The apartment sleeps 7 adults comfortably. We had space to ourselves, as well as space to move around. The beach wasn't far on foot and the pool was nice and relaxing during the day. Highly recommended!

I came to Maui on vacation 20 years ago and immediately fell in love with the magic of this island. I was fascinated by everything: the white sand beaches, the whales, the turtles, the surf, the waterfalls, the food, the culture and the Aloha spirit. After meeting my husband here, I went back to nursing school. Now my time is split between working as a nurse in the ED, working on home projects and renovations, or playing outside. You can find me running on the beach, mountain biking, hiking to waterfalls, surfing, snorkeling... just about anything active. I am a total foodie and I love the diverse fusion of food we have here.
